It looks like you are looking for reasonable, best places to stay on Lake Bled in Slovenia. That’s good because you’ve just come to the place where you will dispel your doubts. I have prepared for you a list of proven, cheap and good hotels on Lake Bled. It will help you find the perfect accommodation for you on this most beautiful and famous lake in Slovenia.

To help you prepare for your trip to Slovenia, I have prepared for you a list of 5 good places to stay – hotels, hostels and apartments where you can sleep & stay during your trip to Lake Bled.

1. 1A Adventure Hostel

1A Adventure Hostel is located in a historic monastery building in Lesce, less than 4 km from Bled, very close to Lesce airport (the hosts even offer a free shuttle service to the hostel!). There are plenty of cafes and bars around – to choose from!

Even though Lake Bled is a long way from here, it does not prevent you from planning activities such as hiking or cycling. Also for the same reason (slightly further location), the accommodation price in the hostel is very low.

An on-site bar, BBQ facilities, and terrace – sounds like the finishing touch to a perfect holiday, right? If you come by car, you can use the car park on-site. Each room has a kettle, and if you want, you can use the shared kitchen, which is quite large and well-equipped. There are typical hostel rooms, but also single or double rooms for those who value privacy.

2. Dolar Rooms

Dolar Rooms is located in the town of Bled, right next to the lake – you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. But don’t worry – you won’t enjoy the typical tourist hustle and bustle here, even in high season. There is a lot of greenery, peace and quiet around. And outside the window, views of the mountain peaks!

Or maybe you want to sit on the balcony and have a coffee with the mountain scenery in front of you? No problem! However, this is a slightly more expensive option than the cheapest dorms.

If you plan to cook yourself during your stay in Bled, an equipped kitchenette is at your disposal. If you prefer eating out – 450 meters away, there are bars and restaurants with local food.

3. B&B Rot

B&B Rot is located in Bohinjska Bela, a little further from Lake Bled (3 km), but close to other attractions – the Iglica waterfall (600 meters), the Mala Osojnica viewpoint (1.4 km) or the Jama pod Babijm znom cave (3, 5 km).

The cottage is furnished homely – there are no luxuries and nothing that would not allow you to stay for a few days. Especially since it is one of the cheaper accommodation options in the area!

It is a pet-friendly place – if you are planning a vacation with your furry pet. On site, you can have breakfast with local products and a bar in the evenings (maybe you want to try some local liqueurs?). The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with basic appliances, but they are very clean and comfortable.

4. Pr’ Hribar

Pr’ Hribar is a charming cottage in the equally charming village of Zgornje Gorje, surrounded by a green garden. It will be a good option for you if you have a car with you – in the immediate vicinity, there is Lake Bled and the famous Vintgar gorge, which you can reach in a few minutes by car. You will reach Bled after a half-hour walk – but bear in mind that it will be a bit uphill again. So you are in for a holiday hike in all its glory!

Within walking distance you will also reach Bled Castle. As for other destinations worth visiting, the owner will surely tell you. And when you come back from your walk – go to the garden. There are cows grazing in the neighbourhood, it is green and idyllic, without the tourist noise – so come and rest your soul and head as well!

As for the rooms, each of them has access to a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. You can cook something of your own in the kitchen common to all guests.

5. Rooms Ravnik

Rooms Ravnik is located 3 km from Lake Bled, in Bohinjska Bela. You can reach the lake on foot or by bus from the stop 500 meters away. But I recommend you the first option more – the views along the way are worth it!

But hiking is not the only adventure that awaits you in this place. Cycling, climbing, fishing, or maybe boating? The possibilities are almost endless! As for the facility itself – TV, fridge, large bed and bathroom with shower or bathtub in each room. Ah – and the views from the window are like a dream! You don’t need anything more for a successful holiday, do you?

Hotels, hostels and apartments differ from each other in location, price, and, consequently, standard. Many of them are located right next to the beach, and some will require a shorter or longer walk – which of course, affects the price of the accommodation.
